PRO Home Improvement was the right company for me!!! PRO was not the first company I talked to when I decided to vinyl side my house, and they were not the lowest price, but they were the most believable and they understood what I was trying to accomplish. Their process from beginning to end was professional with honesty and integrity. They said what they could do and when they could do it, then did it better than expected.

Representatives from other companies did not seem to be interested in me and were not specific about what and when. I am an extremely over-scheduled mother and grandmother who was nervous about tackling a much-needed home improvement. Just about the time I had decided not to talk to another installation company, PRO’s Dwight Conger came to my house and explained everything I needed to know to me and one of my granddaughters. He was very polite and patient and seemed very experienced. The pricing was believable and only slightly higher than another company that I did not trust. Thank-you Dwight, Keith, John, Tim and all of your installers for doing fantastic work and for being exactly ON TIME to make this grandmother very happy & satisfied.

They came on time as scheduled and did an amazing job. I had a pretty high expectation as to what the job should look like, and they succeeded in raising the bar when the job was complete. There was a lot of complications with my project since it was vertical siding and many electrical outlets to work around, but they did it all with complete professionalism. I also had the roof and gutters done by two other different crews from Pro Home Improvement and the high standards continued with each project. I would recommend anyone reading this to consider Pro Home Improvement, because it was a major Home Improvement done to my satisfaction.

From the salespeople and the project manager to the labors, everybody was very professional and went above what was expected of them. They showed up when they said they would be here, did the job they said they would do, on time and on budget. They could only finish three quarters of the the house because we had to have some insurance work done on one wall that took about a week. They cleaned up just like the job was done, and when the other contractors were finished with the last wall I called Pro’s project manager ( Justin) and he had people here within two days to finish the job. The contractors I had here to work on the last wall commented several times on how nice the siding job was. They even wanted their business card to use them in their siding jobs. Even the city inspector was very much impressed. They did a great job, and when they were finished, you couldn’t tell they were ever here. The cleanup was that good. I had two very small issues and when I called Justin he was out the next day and took care of them. I would highly recommend this company. I just wish all the contractors that you do business with in your life could be this good. When you get one like this its hard not to brag on them. This company will be in business for a lone time.
