Our windows were installed today. They are absolutely beautiful. The installers were friendly and experts in the field of window installation. They took great care to protect our wood floors and carpet, and did a thorough clean-up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Pro Home Improvement – great from sales to installation.
The sales consultant came out and measured in the rain. He contacted me and I asked if he would prefer to come out another day and he said: “I have an extra pair of shoes”. He was kind and sociable. I find most salespeople to be cocky and rude, however, my experience was outstanding. Should I hear of someone looking for gutters I am going to pass on his card.
The crew came out and installed my new gutters yesterday. I was impressed with their experience and knowledge. All my questions were answered. I did not expect new gutters to make such a huge difference on the appearance of my house. More importantly, they fixed my problem area. We can have our bedroom window open without hearing the water overflowing on the landscaping.
We are only at the beginning of this process. We were very impressed with Yvette Desmarais. She was punctual for our appointment time this morning. She was personable, kind, knew her product, and was not high pressure. The quality of the windows we ordered was great – and we are happy with the cost. We are looking forward to moving ahead with Pro and anxiously await the installation of our new windows.
We are so happy with the beautiful job Pro Home Improvement did on our siding. The crew that did the work were wonderful and Sam was nice enough to come and put our shutters up at the end of the job.
