Each of the three “crews” demonstrated excellent skills and professionalism. The siding crew (Kaz, Stan, and Chris) offered good advice based on their extensive experience, fixing problems with the framing dating back to the original construction of the house in 1991. The gutter installers (Fred and, I think, Dave) took care of several special requests of mine, including downspout placement and extensions. Impressive attention to detail. Finally, Sam finished up the project, quickly reordering and installing replacement shutters (wrong gray) and crafting special caps for the eaves to improve aesthetics. My wife and I have had our share of difficulties with home renovations and upgrades in the past. This experience with PRO was truly a positive one.

Perfect installation. From the original estimate to the phone call asking how everything looked – great company to use. The installation crew was very well qualified to do the work. While this was a smaller job there were a lot of angles to bend and cuts to make. The crew was friendly yet professional obviously, this wasn’t their first time! The job included replacing existing siding as well as replacing a rotted column. Additionally, they squared off a half moon beam which really tightened up the look of the front porch.

The pre-job functions (delivery, contacts, follow up, etc.) were first class. The actual work was executed well, on time and within the quoted budget. We needed a few extra roof boards. The clean up was thorough and the skip was removed as scheduled. I would say that the company projects a high skill base, good administration and a high level of customer consideration. We are very pleased with their performance.
