Pickney Gutters and Siding Front Left After Install

Candice wanted to update the outside of her home in Pickney. she knew she wanted gutters and siding and after careful consideration, she chose the experts at Pro Home Improvement to handle the projects. Our crews took care not to damage the trees and fauna around her home and made sure she was informed with the progress every step of the way.

First, we removed all the old aluminum siding and gutters from around her home. This involved stripping off all house wrapping and foam board that was previously installed beneath the siding. We then replaced their old aluminum siding with our Pro Grade vinyl siding from Mastic. Instead of sticking with the same color of her original siding, Candice opted to go with Vinyard Grove. We then finalized the siding install with all white trim and soffit. The final process of the update was installing brand new seamless gutters and downspouts. All done in white to match the siding trim.

The crew doing the trim did an excellent job in poor weather conditions. The gutter crew showed up as the trim was being finished and were done in a couple hours. All the work was top quality. Each of the three "crews" demonstrated excellent skills and professionalism. The siding crew (Kaz, Stan, and Chris) offered good advice based on their extensive experience, fixing problems with the framing dating back to the original construction of the house in 1991. The gutter installers (Fred and, I think, Dave) took care of several special requests of mine, including downspout placement and extensions. Impressive attention to detail. Finally, Sam finished up the project, quickly reordering and installing replacement shutters (wrong gray) and crafting special caps for the eaves to improve aesthetics. My wife and I have had our share of difficulties with home renovations and upgrades in the past. This experience with PRO was truly a positive one.

I'll keep this short. Every step of this job was performed as should be expected by professionals. I used to do this type of work so I know what to look for. I asked the PM if I was going to get a good work crew for my job and he immediately said, oh yes, I have two guys and one is a metal trim artist. Well, he was certainly correct. The two guys doing my job did not hurry their work. They performed it with skill and care. I could not be more pleased!! If you get these two guys for your job, they do get hungry by the middle of the day and they love Jet's Pizza and prefer the Aloha version. Feed your crew! They will appreciate it! My total experience with PRO has been exceptional! It started with my first call to customer service. The gentleman who took my information was polite and very professional. The day of the meeting, the same gentleman called to remind me of my appointment. The salesperson, Tim was very professional, yet warm and friendly. He explained the differences between the 3 levels of siding but did not pressure me to select one over the other. I chose the middle of the road siding that included insulation that was not offered with the competitors who also quoted the project. The day my project was to start, they were a little late, but when I called to inquire, Justin stated that they were on their way and within an hour my job was starting. The installers were very professional and friendly. The siding looks better than I expected and I am sure that it increases the value of my property. Cleanup was good although they left a few screws and staples on the driveway. When the city inspector came to inspect the job, we were instantly approved! Like other reviewers, the inspector seemed pretty impressed with the quality of work. I would use PRO in the future without any hesitation and would gladly recommend them to anyone who asks!
