Denny and his wife had decided it was finally time to update the exterior of their Monroe home. After looking at the options available to them they decided that Pro Home Improvement was the best choice. Our representative was able to help them choose new roofing, windows, siding, and gutters. Once the materials were delivered and the crews arrived it was time to make their home look brand new.
First, we removed their previous roof and gutters. Stripping their roof down to the deck we were able to ensure there were no weak spots that needed to be addressed. From there, our crews worked diligently to lay down new underlayment as well ice & water shield before laying down their new Max def Driftwood shingles. Once the roof was finished it was time to remove their old vertical siding. Our siding crews worked at a fast pace while making sure not to damage the property around the home. The homeowners chose woodland green for their siding, soffit, and trim, beautifully complimenting their new roof. Finally, the siding was complimented with a brand new Clay colored gutter system. At the end of the project, their house looked like a completely different home.
